Can I use my n95 for dial-up internet? I mean connect to internet not via phone line, via n95?

Recently I purchased asus k40ab, and it has not dialup modem. And I always used dialup internet on my desktop, cause adsl internet is too expensive in my country. I bought dialup usb modem, but couldn't install drivers, cause my asus's OS is windows 7. So I installed my n95's pc suite. Can I use my phone as a city phone? My isp has callback and there is no problem with cell phone charge. Can I use it? Please help me.Thanks in advance. I appreciate all your answers!
