Can you have kids on the new Sims 3 for console?

heys!i was wondering if you can have kids in the sims 3 for consoles (wii, ps3, etc...)????? you couldn't in the sims 2 so i am praying you can in this one!thanks!!

i would be really surprised if you couldn't as its a major factor for the game. it may be different from the pc version tho, they may not get pregnant, just have the baby, that's what happened in a previous game i had.but i'm 77% sure that you can as its just the sims 3 and it not like bustin out and urbz where you have specific tasks to complete.

you should definitely be able to. in the new version of sims 3 for xbox 360 to be released later this year, its mostly like the sims 3 for PC, but theres karma as well.

wow i didnt even know there was a sims 3 for console but in the pc version you can only make babies not have them the way in real life
