Canned air liquid on HDTV LCD screen?
Canned air liquid on HDTV LCD screen...? While I was dusting off the my LCD screen on my HDTV with canned air containing 1,1-Difluoroethane, some of liquid from the canned air went onto the screen. It turned frosty and immediately evaporated. I looked at the screen and nothing was damaged... However, I am still worried that their might be. Am I just over reacting?

See the answer in the link below for all the details, including what to do for really stubborn stains.
The rapid expansion as the air leaves the canister causes it to get quite cold. If you focus it on one spot too long, you'll chill that spot and cause condensation.
You'd have to work pretty hard to cause any permanent damage. Although extreme cold *can* freeze the crystals in the LCD and cause them to fail, if you can't see any damage you haven't done that - so relax.
The best way to clean the screens is with a microfiber cloth and just plain warm water (as long as it is pure) otherwise get a LCD panel cleaning kit from Target, Kmart, Walmart etc...
