It is possible, but it depends on what kind of video inputs the monitor has and what kind of video outputs the receiver has.

For example your monitor may have an HDMI and VGA input with a button or menu to select the input. You could connect your PC to the monitor via VGA and connect your receiver to the monitor using HDMI, if the receiver has an HDMI connection.

If the monitor only has one input, you would need to purchase some type of video switch.

And if your monitor only accepts VGA signals, then there is a bit of a problem since your receiver probably does not output VGA. In this case you would need a VGA to HDMI converter (not cheap, requires some fairly expensive equipment to process and convert the signal in real-time).
