Do I NEED a memory card for a Samsung Memory Camcorder?

The lady at the store said I had to buy a card because the cam didn't come with one. Does the camera have enough storage internaly to operate? thanx.

I have that camera and it makes reference to an internal memory but I've yet to see it. Just get an 8 GB card. Any smaller will suck. You can use upto an 16GB card.

Normally if you buy flash memory camcorder you need to but memory card separately. Internal memory is too little and not enough.

You need to buy a card, 16G would be good.Internal memory (if it has it) will give you maybe 15 seconds of video.
