How Do i get my sony blu-ray player, to sync up the audio?

How Do i get my sony blu-ray player, to sync up the audio? I bought a sony blu-ray player on black friday, and i can't get the audio to sync properly. i.e. the words aren't matching the mouths.... How can i fix this?

This usually only happens when you're running the audio through a receiver. Look for a "lip-sync" feature in the settings menu of your Blu-ray player.

I have not heard any problems like yours before. Most likely it is the tv that is not in sync with the sound. Check you tv to see what the response time is. You should have a tv with at less a 5ms response time. Try the player on another tv and see what happens. Some off brand tvs like Dynex and Insignia have bad reputation of being slow. Hope this will help you out
