Do u have a DVD burner? If yes then get an empty DVD disc from the market, Download a burner software like nero and burn the avi file onto the dvd disc in the DVD format selected (it can be chosen in the respective burner software)

DVD format is VOB, you have to convert your video to DVD compatible video at first, otherwise regular DVD player can not read and play it.
