How do I put a dvd movie on my ipod?
How do I put a dvd movie on my ipod? I have a DVD and I was wondering if I could somehow convert it to put it on my ipod nano, is it possible? or is there some kind of software for it?

Plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect the iPod automatically, then click iTunes menu "File -> Sync iPod", that's all. If you need details, here is a step by step guide would help you a lot, it's easy to understand and works pretty well for me

You just need to convert your DVD movie or video to mp4 video, and then you can drag the mp4 video into your iTunes library. DVD purchased or rented from stores have copyright protections. To put dvd to ipod, you need to use dvd ripper to bypass the copyright protection and convert dvd to ipod mp4 format. I recommend that you use aimersoft to rip the DVD's, it can bypass all kind of dvd copyright protection schemes and save the DVD to computer in iPod video formats.
Most of all, it will not break the video into pieces, it will join all DVD titles and chapters and make them as one standalone video file.
