Thats just janky. She deserves privacy. And if your not gunna give it to her just take away her life. Without her own phone and privacy you might as well. All my friends complained about how they dint hav a life after their parents started to check their phones every night. Thats not even cool. Privacy invasion.

No cell phone company can provide records of text messages without a subpoena since that would violate federal privacy laws. Messages also cannot be seen by employees in the system at all. The only information that can be accessed is the phone numbers that were texted, and the date/time.

No, there's no way to view her text messages other than taking her phone out of her hand and reading them.Wireless providers do not store message content through the normal course of business, the body of the message only exists on the sending phone, in the mobile switch until it's delivered, then on the receiver's phone. There is no program you can download to intercept her texts. Law enforcement has the ability to set up an intercept and then monitor content being sent/received, but this is only done with a subpoena and high level authorization.If you really want to know what's going on, try talking with your kid, if that's not an option you can always call your carrier and have messaging services blocked.
