Try this, and let's see if it works. Starting at the home screen, touch the Menu button, touch Settings and Tools, scroll down and touch Phone Settings, scroll down and touch Security. Enter your 4 digit password (usually last 4 digits of your cell phone number unless you have changed it). Once you access this menu, touch Restrictions and enter your password. Again, unless you have changed it, it should be the last 4 digits of your mobile number. Once you access that menu, touch Calls and make sure everything underneath says ALLOW ALL. If they don't, touch it and change the setting to ALLOW ALL. Then press the back arrow in the top left of the screen. Touch Messaging next and again, make sure all of the settings underneath say ALLOW ALL. I hope this helps your situation with your Samsung Rogue! If you have any further questions, please call Verizon Wireless Customer Service at 800-922-0204 and press '0' for a Customer Service Representative.
