Is it safe to sit under a projector that's hanging above you on the ceiling?

Is it safe to sit under a projector that's hanging above you on the ceiling? ..it's not operating but a red light is on. Does it emit radiation or something? The distance is like 3-5 feet, not sure.

if its sturdy then its not going to fall. If its on the ceiling right now what makes you thing if will fall when you sit under it? lol :) the red light probably means its off and the green one probably means its on.
