Phone Issues, Help? /:?

Phone Issues, Help.? /:? I have a LG Env Touch, And I accidently changed the language to spanish. Then I didnt know how to change it back so i figured i would reset the phone, well now what do i do? It says on the screen Intital Programming Needed and i cant call or text.. What do i do?
