Problem With My Leice DLUX4?

i bought the dlux a couple of years ago now and a problem with it has just occurred, the shutter wont come out sometimes but other times its fine? usually when the shutter doesn't pop out i usually just give it a hard tap and it works fine? has anyone else experienced this problem? and if so how do i sort it? thanks x

Bring it to an Authorized Leica Service Center. If you don't know one, ask the store you bought it from. At the price you paid for it, they should be very willing to help you out.
