Question about PS3 please answer? :(?

my brother gave me his PS3 as he doesn't use it anymore, i turned it on and i got onto the HDMI and it brought me onto chat and music and stuff, how do i actually play the game that's inside the PS3? please help? it'd mean so much :)

Hey.On the PS3, when you turn it on you access what is called the XMB, or the cross media bar. you press left or right to select music or video etc, then up or down for the smaller categories in those sections. So for games, it should be somewhere on the right side of the xmb. after you insert the game disc, after a few seconds a blue disc icon should appear in the game bar. then, just scroll down and select "o" (not "x") to play it.

go under the game icon...theres also photo, music, friends... then scroll down to the disc an click X
