Vado HD vs Kodak PlaySport?

I cant decide between the Vado HD by creative labs and the kodak playsport. both are waterproof(the vado coming with a separate casing for waterproof.) and shoot in 720p. the only difference being that the playsport can shoot 720 in 60f/s and the vado only 30f/s. but from what ive heard the vado still has great quality. I am leaning toward the vado but cant decide! any tips or suggestions?
