I would say Olympus E-P2 for me is the best digital SLR camera.

That question is subjective. Every Canon user will say Canon XXXX is best and Nikon users will say Nikon XXXX is the best, and same with Sony owners, etc. Each system (camera, lenses, flash, etc.) will be put together for a user's particular use. Whether it be macro work, sports, wedding portraiture, or whatever. As an example, each manufacture has a large assortment of lenses for their D-SLRs. But some are specialized lenses. So a person may choose one brand over the other because of that special lens. Ideally, you should visit a camera shop and actually get your hands on the cameras and play with them. And also decide what kind of photography you want to do mostly and that will help narrow down you choices too.

Hmmm, well the best camera is the one that lets you shoot the best pictures. I like the Miranda for about $40.But in general it is a shoot out between the Nikon D3s and the Canon EOS 1D Mark IV. Some people prefer the 5D Mark II, but that is a whole other issue entirely. For me, if budget was not an issue, I would get getting a very nice Leica M9 with a full set of Leica primes. Yes it is a Rangefinder and not a DSLR, but Leica lenses are incredible. The Leica S2 while very tempting, just does not have enough lenses.
