Why didn't Apple fix my ipod?
I have a 1 year warranty. I've sent it in before, and it was renewed. So this time it said my warranty is still valid and I sent it offProblem: The volume down button is not working. There is no physical damage.I sent it in and got it back with a note that they did not find the symptoms i stated. So i check my ipod and it's still messed up.I put it in the EXACT category when I sent it off and stated the problem in detail. What can I do now? This is f'n annoying especially when using apps I have to go to music and turn it down.
