Why would I suddenly not have a signal on my cell phone in my office if I've had one for the last 5 years?

Today is day 5. I'm tempted to change providers. Any ideas?

How old is the phone? My old phone did that and it turned out to be the phone dying and not the service itself.ETA: Maybe you got a bad phone then? Or, it could be the service, but I would think you'd have that problem elsewhere. Did your employer get any new equipment that might interfere with your cell phone service?
